About Allen Carr

Allen Carr was born in the UK and was a chain smoker for 33 years. He had tried countless other methods to stop but failed. Until 1983, when he went from 100 to 0 cigarettes a day painlessly. He then developed the method which became “The Easyway to Stop Smoking".

Sadly, Allen died on 29th November 2006 at the age of 72. He leaves a legacy of over 70 centres in over 30 countries and a wide range of books which are best sellers worldwide. His Easyway method has saved the lives of millions of people across the globe.
