How Does the Method Work?
We show you that the difficulty in stopping is not merely due to a dependency on nicotine but caused by the belief that smoking provides pleasure or crutch.
The session removes the feeling of sacrifice and deprivation as well as the smoker's fear of stopping. With no need or desire to smoke, the need for willpower is also taken away. The smokers stop immediately and suffer no withdrawal pangs normally associated with stopping when using willpower.
