What happens at the session?

  • You arrive 15 minutes before the start for registration and coffee
  • A fully trained Allen Carr's Easyway therapist conducts the session in a group of up to 20 people.
  • The session lasts around 4.5 hours with regular smoke breaks during the session: you wont be ready to stop before the end so you can smoke if you want to
  • Don't worry you will not have to stand up and talk about yourself
