Most smokers require only one session to stop smoking. In certain cases however, more than one session may be needed. In this event, there are free booster sessions of two and a half hours available within three months of your first session.

Terms of the Guarantee
If WITHIN your three months guarantee period, you have attended two booster sessions AND informed us that you are still smoking and have decided not to stop, your fee will be refunded in full.

This guarantee will be invalidated by any of the following events;

1. That you fail to attend at least two free booster sessions within three months of the date of your first session. (N.B. the second and third sessions are not a repeat of the first).

2. That you cancel, postpone or fail to attend any session or arrive over 15 minutes late for any session.
