What happens at an Allen Carr Session

4.5 hours to become a non-smoker, the rest of your life to enjoy it!

What happens at the session?

You arrive 15 minutes before the start and register.
A fully trained Allen Carr's Easyway therapist conducts the session in a group of 10 to 20 people.
The session lasts around 4.5 hours.
There are regular smoke breaks during the session: you are not ready to stop before the end so you can smoke if you want to!
Don't worry: you will not have to stand up and talk about yourself!
At the end of the session, after your last cigarette, you throw away your cigarettes and leave as a non-smoker.

Most people stop after the first session. However, should they need extra support, each attendee can benefit from:
