Allen Carr and his story

Allen Carr was born in Surrey,UK and was a chain smoker for 33 years. He had tried countless other methods to stop smoking but failed each and every time. That all changed in July 1983, when he went from 100 cigarettes a day to 0 effortlessly and painlessly. From that moment on, Allen Carr’s Easyway to Stop Smoking became a reality and Allen vowed that day to “cure the world of smoking”

Sadly, Allen died on 29th November 2006 at the age of 72. He leaves a legacy of over 150 centres in 45 countries and a wide range of books which are best sellers around the world. His Easyway method has saved the lives of millions of people across the globe and his method is widely regarded as the most succesful way to quit smoking bar none.
